Travel About Bali Pty Ltd - Terms and Conditions
The tour prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are correct at the time of printing and may be subject to change. Payments may be made by, cheque, money order or pay by credit card 7 days per week 24 hours per day.
Full payment for tours is required a minimum 7 days prior to tour date. A receipt will be sent to you. Correspondence confirming tour pick up time, date and contact phone number of your local contact will be forwarded to you.
Exclusionary Clause
Because these tours occur outside Australia and therefore outside the control
of Travel About Bali Pty Ltd , we will accept no responsibility for any accident,
mental or physical injury, illness, disease or death howsoever caused to any person
or any next of kin or dependents or any loss or damage to property howsoever caused.
All tours are conducted by independent contractors over which Travel About Bali
Pty Ltd have no control what so ever. Travel About Bali Pty Ltd do not own or
have any interest what so ever in the place or country in which any tour takes
place and are relying purely on the local skill and knowledge of their independent
contractors, their agents, servants or representatives in all aspects of the proposed
tours. By paying for any tour you are expressly agreeing to absolve and indemnify
Travel About Bali Pty Ltd of all legal liability how so ever arising and whether
caused directly or indirectly from any event , happening or circumstance in respect
to or touching any such tour. Further, it is agreed that the maximum amount of
your damages against us shall be in all circumstances limited to the cost of ticket
purchase or replacement there of. No refund if tour is cancelled with less than
72 hours notice of cancellation Passengers must carry their own travel insurance.
All care will be taken by Travel About Bali PTY Ltd but we will not be liable
for any loss, injury or damage to you or your possessions in connection with any
tour. Tours include the items specified in the itinerary or as replaced from time
to time. Tours do not include any items other than those listed in the itinerary.
Entrance fees to parks are included in the tour cost unless otherwise stated.
Travel About Bali Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary or
services should circumstances deem such alterations to be necessary due to weather,
road, social conditions, uprising, terrorist attack, acts of god.
