3 Day, 2 Night Central Tour
Introduction
Travel About Bali’s two, three and five day island tours take you along “The Roads Less Traveled “All suggested itineraries are totally flexible. We recommend the destinations and the towns and villages for overnight stops but you can alter these each day depending on your interests.
All tours are for a minimum of two adults to a maximum of four persons (adults and children) per four wheel drive vehicle. Your guide Wayan Sueta is from the village of Taman just outside Ubud and has excellent knowledge of the Islands history, culture and natural environment. Wayan speaks fluent English and will do all that he can to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for you.

Day One
Pick up from your hotel, we start to head North passing though many small villages and enjoying the lush green countryside and scenic rice terraces. We stop at Candi Kuning traditional spice, flower and fruit market then continue on to Bedugul were we visit the Botanical gardens and enjoy the tranquil beauty of the lake and Pura Ulun Danu Bratan the temple in the lake. Another highlight of Bedugul is a visit to the Bali Handara golf club at 1000 meters above sea level and one of the greatest 18 hole 72 par golf courses in the world. Continuing our journey we arrive at Lovina beach for our first overnight stay. Lovina beach has wonderful scenery and many interesting places, shops, restaurants and galleries to visit during the evening.
Day Two
After breakfast we take a walk along the volcanic sand beaches before driving to Singaraja the former capital city of Bali. Singaraja is rich in Dutch colonial history and the influence of Chinese and Muslim traders that made the city their home. After exploring the many fascinating shops and attractions in Singaraja we follow the coast to Kubutambahan before heading south driving though Tegal and Batang to Kintamani were we visit the active volcano of Batur and enjoy the magnificent views from the many vantage points. Following our stop at Kintamani we continue inland passing though Bayunggede and Payangan before our overnight stay in the mountain village of Ubud. Ubud is known world wide as the village of artists. Take a stroll around the central village shopping area; visit the many galleries and meet the artists as they work, introduce yourself to local monkeys in their forest home located in the centre of town. Ubud is also a dining paradise with some of the best restaurants on the Island ranging from tiny local establishments through to the fabulous Casa Luna and Lotus Gardens restaurants just to name a few.
Day Three
Following breakfast we visit the village of Taman were you can either walk or cycle along the flat roads stopping to enjoy an insight into the day to day life of the local Balinese people not often seen by tourists. After leaving Ubud we drive to the 11th century Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave) and the Yehpulu one of the great mysteries of Bali’s past. Continuing south we stop in Gianyar know as an art and culture town with many archeological remains and statues of demons and Gods at every road intersection. On our return journey we drive thought Bali’s bustling capital city Denpasar before returning you back to your hotel.
